GATE 2026 registration opens on August 25, 2026

GATE 2026 registration will start from August 25, 2026. Applications will be accepted only through the official online portal.

GATE 2026 will be conducted by IIT Guwahati. They are responsible for the entire process — registration to result declaration.

Final-year students or graduates in Engineering, Technology, Architecture, Science, Commerce, or Arts are eligible. No age limit applies for GATE 2026.

– ₹1800 for General/OBC/EWS – ₹900 for SC/ST/PwD/Female candidates – Late fee window will be available with additional charges.

The GATE 2026 exam is scheduled for February 7, 8, 14, and 15, 2026. It will be conducted in multiple sessions across two weekends.
